Dirty Sons of Pitches

The "Dirty Sons of Pitches" are getting weird like they usually do, this time reflecting upon recent Oscar rule changes and the full impact they may or may not have. To go along with the scary doll horror film "The Boy" the guys are pitching stories about possessed, living, or killer inanimate objects, and you haven't lived until you've heard about Killer Commode. After that, the "Z Nation" watch journeys into the exciting world of season two and even more zombie mayhem.

Available on iTunes.

Episode 132 includes:

-The Oscars are changing their voting rules but will it do the trick?

-Ben catches up on a bunch of Oscar movies including "Spotlight," "Trumbo," "The Walk," and "Steve Jobs."

-Nate says "Lazer Team" by the Internet comedy group Rooster Teeth needed more attention spent on its comedy.

-"The Boy" is 3/4 a decent supernatural horror film about a possessed doll until it throws up its hands and says, "Forget all that, let's make a different, stupid movie!"

-This Week's Pitch -- Inanimate Objects!

-Ben pitches a film about a haunted toilet that demands blood sacrifices. It is awesome.

-Nate pitches a movie about a ghost "personal massager," which then gets the guys thinking about what if "Meet Dave" had a spaceship that was a vibrator.

The guys also remember, finally, to talk about the loss of David Bowie and Alan Rickman. We apologize for letting it go this long without comment.

-Bonus Discussion: 'Z Nation' Recap (episodes 2x01-2)

-The guys kick off season two of SyFy's zombie series by finding out what the fallout is from the explosive season one finale.
